The address is 33 College Street.  The entrance to the loop are on is at the intersection of East State Street and College Street. Come through a long one way  parking lot and curve around to your right behind the big brick building. Keep going until you see a white building with an accessibility ramp, that is it. Please enter through the door near the ramp, take off your shoes and make yourself comfortable in the front hallway.
